O treinamento admissional é a primeira medida, a qual deve ser seguida pelos treinamentos periódicos e de qualificação.
A fundamentação legal do treinamento admissional
O item 18.28.1 da NR 18 descreve que “Todos os empregados devem receber treinamentos admissional e periódico, visando garantir a execução de suas atividades com segurança (…).” A partir daí, a norma distingue os temas a serem abordados no treinamento admissional: informações sobre condições e meio ambiente de trabalho; riscos inerentes à sua função; uso inadequado de EPIs; e informação sobre EPCs existentes no local de trabalho. A carga horária que a medida tem que proporcionar é de seis horas, devendo ser cumpridas no horário de trabalho, obviamente antes dos empregados iniciarem as suas atividades.
Os objetivos e a importância do treinamento admissional
O grande contexto de um treinamento admissional é o esclarecimento aos empregados sobre os padrões e sobre as políticas de segurança que precisam ser adotadas no ambiente em que todos vão trabalhar. Isso a fim de ter conhecimentos do que fazer em momentos de urgência e de acidentes e o que devem fazer para se proteger.
Deve ser feito o uso correto dos maquinários e de procedimentos necessários para que os seus afazeres sejam cumpridos com segurança, preservando a sua saúde e a sua integridade física e psíquica. Deste modo, em outras áreas e em outros segmentos de atuação no mercado, as firmas e as empresas podem falar de assuntos variados, de riscos ambientais ao manuseio e transporte de cargas, de trabalho em andaimes à manipulação correta e segura de produtos químicos.
Além de todas as determinações supracitadas, o item 18.28.4 da mesma Norma Reguladora diz que os trabalhadores devem receber cópias do conteúdo a ser adotado nos espaços laborais. Ou melhor, sobre “os procedimentos e operações a serem realizadas com segurança”.
